Smarty Pants – Boise Senior Photographer

I photographed this young man this fall. He actually reminded me of what my husband would have been like in high school if I knew him then. He chose his words wisely and was very focused on his future. Come to find out, he’s planning on studying Rocket Science Engineering. I had fun getting to know him. He’s definitely got a bright future ahead!

I had too many favorites to be ready!

Panning Example – Boise Idaho Photographer

The other day I posted about a photography technique called panning and had promised an example or few. Here is a photo I took at Ironman Canada this year. My husband and some friends were competing in the race. This is a random guy I was using to test the technique. I have some others of our guys but I don’t want to share them just yet :)

Eeey Batter Batter – Boise Sports Photographer

This week I had the opportunity to take some photos of my sister playing softball. With my crazy schedule it has been hard for me to make it out to any of her games. This time my schedule worked perfect and I decided to bring my camera.

I have had some experience taking photos for Boise State Campus Recreation, so it was fun to get in and take sports photos again.

She’s the pitcher and I must add that I started teaching her to pitch when she was a wee one. I was never nearly as good as she is now, but I’d like to take a little bit of credit for it :)

And because I am the big sister, I find it in my birth right that I can make fun of the picture below. She looks so tough!!

And she was out!!

Some fun pitching shots.

For some reason this one ended up being one of my favorites. Love it.
