Avila Beach – Boise Photographer

This last weekend I was in San Luis Obispo California to visit a friend and photograph a wedding. It’s always so refreshing to head over to the west coast and I think I need to do it more often! I’m still catching up so this will be short-winded but here are two of my favorite scenic shots. The first one was at sunset. We were walking back to our bikes when I saw how amazing the sun was hitting the boats. The second is a shot I took under the pier. I’d always wanted to get a shot like this so I’m excited to have gotten it!

Lightening – Boise Photographer

If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook you have already seen these photos, but some might not have. Last night we had a crazy lightening storm. I feel like it was crazier than I’ve seen but some claim we had one like this last year. Anyway, I was at a friend’s house so I rushed home to grab some photos. I feel like I missed the best of the lightening but I was able to grab a couple shots. This was the first time I’d ever photographed lightening and it wasn’t easy at all. Props to those pros who are able to grab those breathtaking shots.

British Columbia, Canada – Boise Idaho Photographer

A couple weeks ago my husband, some friends and I traveled out to Penticton, BC Canada for Ironman Canada. I wasn’t competing but my husband and his friends were.

It was a cute little town. Lots of fresh produce and LOTS of wine. You couldn’t drive a mile without passing at least 10 of winerys.

Here are some photos from the trip.
