These guys didn’t pick this image for their selection but I’m throwing it in anyway because I loved it too much.

The holiday season is coming to a wrap (for photographers anyway). I’m finishing up a couple sessions before nice little break. Here are a couple more I’ve been working on.

Remember all that snow I was bragging about? Gone. All of it! However, I’m kinda glad because I can get sexy engagement shots like this.

So it’s been crazy around here. I have so many photos to blog but haven’t had a chance to do it. Here is a little peek of what is coming up…

Oh wait, how did this one get in here? Embarrassing.

After deciding the title for this post I realized that the naming of my posts has totally switched over. I used to be all official and put names and stuff in there but lately it has been catch phrases and song titles. Funny how that works out.
Here is another fun photo session from August. We opted for Tablerock again because I had been wanting to photograph a couple up there. These two have been married for a few years now, but wanted to do a photo session just for fun. Jen has an awesome mustang so we decided that it was a MUST to bring it out.
The day ended up being perfect – not too hot and the sun was gorgeous. Here are some of my favorites.

I had soooo much flare during this session. Loved it.

I was processing these files from last night’s session and I had to share this one. I had so much beautiful summer sun. I can’t wait to share the rest.

Remember the guest post from Monday? Here are their photos.
I had a great time photographing these two. There was a connection right away and we all were just comfortable. These two are absolutely adorable together. They’ve been married 3 years and you would think that they just got married. They also needed little direction which always makes my job super easy (even though it was in the 90′s that day).
Here are some of my favorites.
Boise has lots of awesome wall art in downtown. I have been wanting to shoot at this wall forever. That also seemed to be the theme for the whole session – murals.

These two are probably my favorite from the whole session.

I feel very blessed to do what I do because I get to capture the happiest moments of people’s lives. Everyone is always glowing and excited to be living life. This couple is no exception. In fact, this couple is one of the cutest couples I’ve photographed yet. They’re clearly MADLY in love with each other, and I’m super excited for the wedding in January.
This session was a little bit different than most. These two just recently moved out of state for their jobs so we’ve been trying to catch them when they were both in town. In this situation we ended up grabbing a Sunday morning session. I normally shoot in the evenings, but I’m soooo glad we did it in the morning. We had excellent light for an uptown session. You’ll see why.

Isn’t this light amazing in this next shot? We were walking down the street and the door was open to the stairs of an apartment building. BAM. There it was. Perfectly diffused light just waiting for me to see it.
BEAUtiful girl.

Nothing brings a smile to my face like going through an engagement session and finding smiles this big. It means either I’m incredibly hilarious or the clients are having a great time.

I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m incredibly hilarious.
