This little guy was the smallest newborn I’ve photographed in a while. I forgot how little they can be sometimes! He was a little stud and slept for us the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better little guy. Here are a few of my favorites.

I am claiming the title of the World’s Most Awesome Photo Bomber. These have been taken in the last 3 months.

However, after finding this photo of me as a little girl, I’m thinking this isn’t anything new.

It has been a little while since I’ve photographed a sweet little newborn so I was excited when I got the email saying this little guy was born. He is so much different than his high-energy brother. He slept the entire time, but don’t worry, his adorable big brother kept me busy.
It was great photographing this happy family.

YAY!!!!
In the spirit of summer, I’ve decided to launch a one-day-only mini-session special. These sessions are recommended for families of 4 or less if there are children under the age of 5-years-old. Times will be given in the order the inquiries come in. 50% non-refundable reservation fee required to save your spot.
Book by emailing info@tamarakenyon.com. Space is limited.
Every member of this family has a cute little dimple – even mom and dad. Aside from being eaten alive by mosquitos, I had so much fun during this session. We had perfect light and an adorable little family.

The wedding season in Idaho generally runs June-October for me. Occasionally I will have an earlier wedding but it’s not very common because the weather doesn’t always cooperate. I’ve had 2 spring weddings this year and have loved both of them. Weather has been perfect! Here are a few of my favorites from a wedding a few weeks ago. There were so many I loved that I couldn’t narrow it down for the blog post.

First Look

First dance…

Not only was this a fun family to photograph, but it is also my family! My aunt was in town for my cousin’s graduation so she got all of her family together for a fun photo session! Such a blast.

Just a normal day in the office…

Thanks to Annie with Let it Shine Photography for the photo!
The other day I was shopping through Photo Jojo’s site and came across this Twin Lens Reflex Camera.
For $20 I didn’t think it was too bad of a deal. You have to assemble the entire thing yourself but I didn’t think that would be too bad. A couple hours later I thought otherwise. That little sucker too me FOREVER. Not only that, but I broke a lot of pieces. Once I finally got it put together I was happy and again, for $20 you can’t really go wrong. I’m excited to take a few photos with it but still not sure how well they will work considering you can’t adjust anything on the camera except focus.
.
I also decided to do a time lapse of the video while I was building. I also had a visitor as you will see in the video.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. This little lady decided she wanted to earn her keep and be my photo helper during her photo session.
