These guys didn’t pick this image for their selection but I’m throwing it in anyway because I loved it too much.

My mom asked me to take a picture of my niece as a gift for my sister. I can’t even tell you how hard it was not to share with you! Now that Christmas has passed I can finally share.

And I loved this one of my mom and niece.

More fall portrait sessions!
This one is a little special because it’s my sister who is graduating high school Spring 2011. Her and her friend decided to have their senior portraits shot together – which was a first for me but a lot of fun.
Here are my favorites from Stefani’s (my sister’s friend):

And now a couple of of my favorites from my sister’s shots:
A fun one with them together!

Today I went on a photo walk with a friend. He hadn’t been in town for a while and wanted to play around with his camera. I thought the Old Idaho State Pen would be a good place for us to get lots of different shots in a short period of time.
Here are a few that I grabbed while sorting through the files tonight. I was in a grunge mood – can you tell?

It’s quite the treat to have a white Christmas here in Boise. Most of the time it’s dry, but we still have some lingering snow from the last couple (again rare) storms from this year.

This fall was totally swamped and I got away from blogging more than one photo per post. Now that I’m finally catching up I’m going to be showing you sessions from the last couple months.
This one is from the end of September and it was unusually hot! You would never be able to tell from looking at this senior’s photos though. She is absolutely beautiful.

Still going through images from the last family gathering. I thought this one was cute/gross enough to share.
This is what happens when you mix a ice cream cone and a cupcake.

I am sharing this one because it’s a relative of mine and I can
My uncle called and asked if I could get one giant photo of his immediate family. I think there is a total of 15 grandkids.
While getting setup, I decided to grab a quick snap. I love this because it accurately describes what usually happens – nobody is paying attention and someone is always crying

The holiday season is coming to a wrap (for photographers anyway). I’m finishing up a couple sessions before nice little break. Here are a couple more I’ve been working on.

Remember all that snow I was bragging about? Gone. All of it! However, I’m kinda glad because I can get sexy engagement shots like this.
